  • Complete the 4 listed AI Skills Challenges.
  • Earn the 4 listed Microsoft AI Applied Skills assessment.

4. What happens if I lose internet connection while completing an assessment lab?

If you can reconnect within 15 minutes, you will be allowed to complete the lab. However, if you are unable to reconnect within 15 minutes, the assessment lab will be scored on what you were able to complete before the assessment lab ended. If you do not pass the assessment lab, you can retake it based on the Applied Skills retake policy.

5. When I launch the assessment lab, the emails don’t open? What should I do?

Close the assessment lab and restart. This resolves the issue most of the time. If you are still unable to open the emails, please contact Support.

6. When to expect your score?

For most assessment labs, you should have results within minutes of finishing the lab, including your pass/fail status and feedback on your performance at the subskill level. This information will be available in your Learn profile. If a result doesn’t appear in your profile within 24 hours, please contact Support.

7. How to Extract MS Learn Transcript URL?

To extract your Microsoft Learn transcript URL, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ and Sign in with your Microsoft account.
  • Click on your profile picture on the top right corner and select "Profile".
  • In the profile menu, select Transcript. Your transcript displays all successfully completed certifications, applied skills and modules.
  • Select “Share link” to generate an online link to your transcript you can share with potential employers. 
  • Add the correct URL on the form.

Extract MS Learn profile URl

  • Go to the MS Learn website at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/ and sign in with your Microsoft account.
  • Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the page and select "View profile" from the drop-down menu.
  • You will be redirected to your MS Learn profile page, which shows your name, bio, badges, certificates, and learning progress.
  • Look at the address bar of your browser and copy the URL that starts with https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/ and ends with a series of numbers and letters. This is your MS Learn profile URL.
  • You can paste your MS Learn profile URL on any platform or document that you want to share it with.
