Nokia announces exchange programme for the AC-300 Charger clip for the Lumia 2520 tablet in select European countries
Instructions for replacing clip and using travel adapter.
You will need to replace the existing clip on your charger with the part you receive from Nokia. This is a safe and simple process and you should follow the instructions below.

As the quickest solution was to provide you with a US clip for the AC-300, if you are outside of the USA you will need to use an adaptor to complete the fix. We have provided the regional travel adapter along with your replacement clip.
