    [2] Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs) are components available for purchase through your Surface Commercial Authorized Device Reseller. Components can be replaced on-site by a skilled technician following Microsoft’s Service Guide. Opening and/or repairing your device can present electric shock, fire and personal injury risks and other hazards. Use caution if undertaking do-it-yourself repairs. Device damage caused during repair will not be covered under Microsoft’s Hardware Warranty or protection plans. Availability of replaceable components and service options may vary by market and/or at initial product launch.

    • The Surface Hub 3 Pack is an upgraded cartridge for Surface Hub 2S. Owners of existing, in-market Surface Hub 2S devices can install the Surface Hub 3 Pack to transition to the Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows experience, enable new collaboration scenarios, and enhance the performance of Surface Hub 2S.

    • Seamless Integration: Surface Hub 3 pack updates Surface Hub 2S to Windows 11 IoT Enterprise running the Microsoft Teams Room on Windows experience. 

    • Faster Performance: Customers will enjoy a 60% performance boost and a 160% graphics performance increase on their Surface Hub 2S when equipped with the Surface Hub 3 Pack.

    • The Surface Hub 3 Pack is designed for easy removal and replacement of the existing Surface Hub 2S cartridge. Using a Phillips-head screwdriver to unscrew the retaining bolt, you can remove the Surface Hub 2S cartridge and insert the new Surface Hub 3 Pack. Press power, and the installation is complete. 

    • Yes, for Surface Hub 2S 50” devices. 

    • Yes, Surface Hub 2S devices upgraded with the Surface Hub 3 Pack will pair with the full catalogue of Teams Rooms-certified peripherals.
