When best buddies Jay and Silent Bob discover a major motion picture is being based on their likenesses, they head for Hollywood to claim the movie money they deserve. But when the dopey duo learn they’ve been cut out of the cash and that the large scale publicity is ruining their "reputations", they set out to sabotage the flick at all costs.
