left thumb stick has lost its control

Hi everyone, bought the extra controller for my sons birthday back at the end of January 2017 and glad I did. He plays Fifa and the left thumb stick has become loose and does not work. Very surprised as we have had xbox 360 and xbox one for years and this is the first controller to do this. I hope to speak to someone and get it replaced as its more fun to play with friends. I did see another post of the same problem.

As good and reliable as always!

Got this one as part of a bundle with my new Xbox One S. I have to say it's nice to have a spare and also another controller for when gaming friends come over. I never bothered getting one for my Xbox 360 but it's definitely a bonus to have one now. Good controls, feels great in the hand and received my personalised battery hatch which makes me look like a total geek ... but I love it!! Highly recommend.

Left thumb stick Damaged within 1 month of use!!!

Very disappointing!! I only play FIFA 17 in the weekends or free time. it is so frustrating that the Left thumb stick is damaged so fast..!!!

New Bluetooth Xbox One Controller

Good upgrade to the original Xbox One controller. Bluetooth works really well with my tower PC. The new textured back provides greater grip and feel in the hand. A worthy upgrade.
