Is the Surface Laptop touchscreen?

Surface Laptop is optimised for touch interaction and does not support pen input, including Surface Slim Pen.

What ports does Surface Laptop have?
Surface Laptop offers a versatile set of ports tailored to each screen size. The 13-inch model includes two USB-C (USB 3.2) ports, one USB-A port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The 13.8-inch and 15-inch models feature two USB-C (USB4) ports, one USB-A port, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a Surface Connect port for charging and docking. The 15-inch model also includes a MicroSDXC Express card reader for expanded storage flexibility. Surface Laptop Ultra offers the most connectivity in the lineup, with three USB-C ports, one USB-A port, HDMI, a 3.5mm headphone jack and SD card reader.
What’s the difference between 8 GB RAM, 12 GB RAM, 16 GB RAM and higher memory options?
Devices with 8 GB RAM or 12 GB RAM are designed for everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, schoolwork and productivity apps. Devices with 16 GB RAM or more provide additional headroom for smoother multitasking and more demanding apps, while also enabling Copilot+ PC experiences, including advanced on-device AI features. All configurations include Windows 11 and Copilot, with AI assistance available through cloud-based experiences.
