So much to love!

Took a chance after a lot of hit or miss with the AC series... ended up being one of my favorite video games of all time. There's so much to love about this game that I'd easily run out of room trying to list it all here. A few highlights: tons of personality, fun and challenging missions... horse carriages??!! Awesome! Simply brilliant in every way. Well done!

IRRITATING LACK OF CONTROL

Standard AC game, but they've made some very noticeable changes. Changing to using RT and B to jump off or down instead of RT and A is a little unnecessary. Stealth and Combat feel more realistic. BUT I HAVE THIS ONE GRIPE. I CANNOT ROTATE THE CAMERA AND BE ABLE TO HAVE IT REMAIN IN THAT ORIENTATION WHILST I STAND STILL. Also they got rid of fast walk and I kinda miss it.

Coming from The Ezio Collection is a bit confusing.

Graphics are great but the game play is confusing. Wish I could just play as either of the characters not both. However the worst disapointment came from purshasing credits, it will take up to 24hrs to show, every other in game purshase is instantly. I wish i could sell digital games becuase this game isnt worth the money.

Common Mistakes

If you're open to the new innovation you'll likely enjoy this story of Jacob & Evie. Only 4 stars because the mechanics are unfathomably horrible, making good patience a necessity.

great AC game, 1 small prob.

freerun up and down to jump and climb👎 switching characters👍 totally diff time period👍 leveling up 2 get all (especially uplay) wepons👎 progess made as jacob does not transfer to evie👎 p.s. I know that its normal for AC to take place in the 1800s and before that but I think it would be cool to have an AC game that takes place in 2017.

Massive Environments with Dozens of Missions!

This is probably the largest game in the franchise, and it will take you a while to play through it. The graphics are great, and the combat is easy to master. I really enjoyed the historical cameos, and the classical music helps set the tone whilst travelling through crowds of British nobles. With so much to see and do, I would give this game five stars in any other situation. However, I have played through most of the games in the Assassin's Creed series, and have come to expect more. While it is easier to get around faster, the carriage racing is not the best fit for a stealth game. Beyond that, the addition of the zipline completely eliminates the need to do any climbing. Climbing the eagle towers, while searching for the best grips, was one of the aspects of the earlier Assassin's Creed games that made them great. Developers should stop rushing out sequels and stick to the winning formula.

Good job Ubisoft

I'm a hardcore AC fan and the series has always been my favorite but Unity was trash so I waited a year for this game to be $20 so I wouldn't buy trash. Needless to say, this game was worth $60 and also redeemed AC making me want the next installment again only this time go back to your roots.

Best AC Game I've Ever Played

The combat is fluid and doesn't feel as if you just rinse and repeat everything the same way. The story dynamic between Jacob and Evie is light and enjoyable. Overall, great purchase.

Pretty Good Game.

This is your typical AC game. However, I don't feel engaged in the combat. It's as if I'm just pressing buttons to eliminate enemies. I hate that you can't lock-on to any opponents. I don't like that the characters have a sneak setting. I think it slows down the game.
