With the advent of COVID-19, Amy Brand, Global Head People and Culture, CCI, needed a new performance management solution to meet the company’s rapidly evolving digital transformation and the needs of CCI’s clients.

Amy needed a performance management solution to match the company’s business direction and high standards. “We wanted a performance management process and practice that was much more aligned with the world we live in today.
