As part of this initiative, ASDA deployed Microsoft Surface devices, ensuring its workforce had access to the powerful, AI-driven tools.

With thousands of colleagues relying on digital tools daily, ensuring a smooth and efficient transformation was a critical milestone in ASDA’s journey.

ASDA’s IT team successfully migrated 18,000 users, 700 mailboxes and 4,000 SharePoint sites while deploying over 8,000 Microsoft Surface devices – all within just 130 days.

Throughout the process, Microsoft provided essential guidance and support, helping ASDA unlock the full potential of its new digital tools.
