As a leader in financial inclusion, POST Luxembourg aims to expand its banking services while being able to respond quickly to changes in the market, including new regulations. Its on-prem systems weren’t easily scalable, and adding new features was slow and costly.
The ongoing move of its core banking system to the cloud using Azure infrastructure allowed the company quickly fulfilled a new EU obligation to offer instant payments inwards. It is also now able to add, test, and remove new features with ease for functionalities it has deployed.
Being in the cloud helps the company in its mission to increase financial inclusion while enabling it to plan for growth with greater flexibility. It has also removed certain operational issues for developers while improving customer experience.
