To address these challenges, JK Fenner partnered with Intech Systems to implement a scalable Dealer Management System powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. The solution integrates dealer onboarding, order tracking, inventory visibility, and after-sales service into a single, mobile-friendly platform.
Today, the system manages more than 1,000 dealers and 100,000 orders, streamlining operations and enhancing collaboration across the value chain. Looking ahead, JK Fenner plans to integrate AI capabilities to unlock deeper insights, agility, and business growth.
