  • Microsoft Copilot for Sales is an AI assistant that helps sellers work more efficiently  and bring sales insights into the collaboration and productivity tools they use daily, such as Outlook, Teams, and Word. Copilot for Sales connects to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and can be configured to connect to other sales solutions. Copilot for Sales includes licenses for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

  • Yes—Copilot for Sales connects with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Salesforce users with Copilot for Sales can access next-generation AI and sales insights in their Microsoft 365 apps, such as using contextual email assistance in Outlook and conversation intelligence in Teams.

  • To be eligible, customers must have a license for Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, or Business Premium, or Office 365 E3 or E5.

  • Microsoft Copilot for Sales is an AI assistant designed for sellers that brings together the capabilities of Copilot for Microsoft 365 with seller-specific insights and workflows. It connects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Salesforce Sales Cloud and includes seamless experiences  with Outlook, Teams, Word, and other Microsoft 365 apps.   • Dynamics 365 Sales Professional and Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise licenses do not include Copilot for Sales. Dynamics 365 Sales Premium customers only need to pay USD$30 per user per month for Copilot for Microsoft 365 to access the full Microsoft Copilot for Sales experience.

    Some Copilot capabilities are included in Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and Premium licenses, separate from Copilot for Sales. Learn more about Dynamics 365 Sales.
