Sam and Dean stop by at a small town in Missouri where psychotic murders are occurring, during their search for their father. There, they meet a beautiful female detective, Katherine and find out that the suspects are all insisting their innocence. As they investigate, they find out that murderer was a monster called Shape-shifter who can change their appearance to anyone and attack its hideout. However, they both get caught and Dean’s appearance was taken. Dean escapes alone and goes to see Katherine but the Katherine was actually Shape-shifter. Dean fights the Shape-shifter but has to run from the police which Katherine Shape-shifter called. Dean runs away and meets Sam but he finds out that the Sam is actually a Shape-shifter because it did not get angry when called “Sammy”.
Road Kill

This is a remake of the live-action Season 2 episode #16 “ROAD KILL”. The difference is that the ghost is actually Miranda, the wife of Jonah Greeley who was ran over by Molly. A couple on the car run over somebody and crash their car in a mountain but when the wife Molly awakes, her husband has disappeared and as she wanders in the forest she gets attacked by a ghost. She asks for help to Sam and Dean who were there to hunt the ghost so Sam and Dean take her with them and continues their hunting. As they investigate, they speculate that the ghost is a man named Jonah Greeley who died by a car accident. Protecting Molly from the ghost who attempts to attack her, Sam and Dean find Jonah Greeley’s corpse and burn it but the ghost does not disappear. The true identity of the ghost was Jonah’s wife Miranda who killed herself so they burn her corpse and the ghost disappears. Afterward, Sam and Dean take Molly to where her husband is but her husband was living with another woman.

This is a remake of the live-action Season 1 episode #9 “HOME”. Overall it is faithfully following the original episode but it is simplified to fit the shorter run time. Following what Sam has seen as a vision, Sam and Dean have visited the house where they spent their childhood in Laurence. The mother and child who lived in the house were threatened by a poltergeist that haunted the house. While Sam and Dean visit a psychic called Missouri searching for clue, the mother and child receive more severe poltergeist phenomenon. Sam and Dean succeed to save them but the power of poltergeist was so strong that they are pushed in the corner. Then, a ghost covered with fire appeared. It was a ghost of their mother who was killed 20 years ago. It got rid of the poltergeist and disappeared. Confirming the mother and child are in safe, Sam and Dean leave the town to find clues of their father.
Ghost on the Highway

This is an anime-original episode. As Sam and Dean drive through the suburbs of New Orleans, they get stopped and suddenly arrested by police. They are charged for rear-end collision accidents and hit-and-run accidents that were caused by an Impala. They certainly insist their innocence but are not listened so they run away from the police cell with the help of Michael, the brother of the chief of the police station. Disturbed by Michael’s word saying “The perpetrator may not be human”, they contact Michael and finds out that there was a young man who got into a car accident because he was prosecuted as a bank rob and he was driving an Impala. Together with Michael, they try to hunt the ghost on the Impala but in the course, Michael gets killed. By Michael’s death, the chief police station makes up his mind to confront the ghost and with his help, Sam and Dean finds the Impala of the killed young man and burns it, but the ghost does not disappear.

Sam and Dean stop by at a rural town in Colorado, where cattle are killed with their blood suck out. Dean meets a bullied child, Ryan. Begged by Ryan, Dean teaches martial arts to Ryan. Getting a feeling of strangeness about Ryan who suddenly showed ferocity and strong power, Dean remembers about his childhood, when John, his father taught him to control his impulse for destruction. At the same time, Sam and Dean meets Jason in town, who is one of the hunter they knew and known as a blood-thirsty vampire hunter. Feeling suspicious about Jason’s behavior, Sam decides to surveille him. Taking Ryan who passed out during the training to his house, Dean finds out that his father Gayle is actually a vampire who quit to pray on human blood and instead, drink cattle blood. Dean also learns that Ryan is also a vampire who is still not awakened but he gets caught by Gayle.

This is an anime-original episode. It is a prequel which starts as Sam’s Retrospect. 3 years ago, when Sam was away from John and Dean and was studying at Stanford, he meets a girl called Jessica. They are attracted to one another but her friends from childhood are mysteriously murdered, bleeding from her eyes. Sensing that the danger is at gate for Jessica and that there is something supernatural behind, Sam investigates the case. On the other hand, John and Dean who continued their hunting come to Stanford to investigate the case. Sam, John and Dean separately find out that Jessica has played “bloody Mary” with her friends and were nearly attacked by a ghost when they were children. The ghost they summoned was not Mary but a ghost of woman who killed her children from emotional distress. The ghost arose because her graveyard was moved by recent development and she is trying to take the three girls in place of her children.

After fighting with Maria who has been possessed by a demon, they succeed to chase out the demon from Maria’s body but Maria’s life had to be sacrificed for that. With a mixed feeling, Sam and Dean leave the town but Terry who was watching them leave, was possessed by a demon…

This is an anime-original episode. Sam and Dean investigate a case of serial murder and find out that from 1960s, there are same type of murder repeatedly occurring every 15 years. Moreover at the crime scene finger prints of a woman who died in 1962 was found. They go to see Dr. Richard, the husband of Abigail, the woman who died in the accident. There, they meet Michelle, Richard’s young and beautiful second wife. They felt something strange about Michelle and suspect that Abigail’s ghost has possessed her dead body and replaced her organs by murdering young women and approached Richard as Michelle, who looks just like Abigail. After confirming Abigail’s body is not in her grave, Sam and Dean servile a woman who is likely to be targeted and she does get attacked but the murderer was Richard disguised as a woman. Richard, who could not accept the death of Abigail, tried so hard to bring her back to life and his obsession brought her ghost back to her dead body, making her alive.

This is an anime-original episode. This is a comedy episode in which Dean gets into all sort of trouble. Sam and Dean stop by at Las Vegas to earn their living expenses at casino. There, Dean witnesses a man suddenly killed himself with a gun. From that point, unfortunate things happen to Dean one after another. He Shortly notices that he has been followed by a gentleman who only he can see and that the gentlemen is actually a kind of Japanese God which brings bad luck to the one it possesses until the person dies. Sam and Dean find out the old coin which somehow Dean got, is the reason of the possession. They try every way they can think of to remove the coin or the god from Dean but cannot find the way and gradually Dean’s life is endangered. Dean desperately goes to casino to have some fun but then a burglar attacks the casino and takes Dean as a hostage. Dean then slips the coin into the burglar’s pocket, and the burglar now gets attacked by the bad luck.

Prostitutes are continuously attacked by wild dogs on full moon nights and now a lawyer is attacked. Sam and Dean suspects that it has something to do with ware-wolf and visits the lawyer’s friend, Madison. Worrying she may be attacked, they decide to guard her and in the course, Sam is attracted to her. However, they find out that she is a ware-wolf who became one because she got bitten by another ware-wolf. Sam and Dean, based on a unreliable information that she may be cured if the ware-wolf that bit her is killed, find that ware-wolf and kill it. On the next full moon night, they watch Madison who begs to kill her if she becomes a ware-wolf but she does not turn until the morning comes. With happy feelings, Sam and Madison confirm their feelings to each other but the next night, Madison turns to ware-wolf.

This is a remake of the live-action Season 2 episode #17 “HEART”. Overall it is faithfully following the original episode but it is simplified to fit the shorter run time. Following Sam’s premonition that somebody will die, Sam and Dean goes to a bar where a man actually dies, being attacked by something. Sam and Dean visit the man’s family and meet Max, the man’s son, who Sam feels something more than sympathy. Max says his family was happy, but Sam and Dean find out that in fact he had been abused by his father since he was very young and his mother did not do anything about it though she knew what was happening. Sam and Dean also find out that Max has become able to use psychic power around the same time when Sam started to see premonitions. He bore up the abuse for a long time but when his dog was killed by his father, he could not stand the anger and killed his father with the power.

This is an anime-original episode. It is about John hunting when he was away from Sam and Dean and it features Lily, who was a minor character in the TV show. In Michigan, John visits Lily, whose mother was killed in a fire accident 20 years ago. He finds out that she recently obtained a “power” to kill people by simply touching them with her hand and that she accidentally killed her roommate. Because the town is full of demonic signs, John suspects that yellow-eyed-demon will come to see her soon. During his surveillance, John meets Grey, Lily’s father and from him John find out that yellow-eyed-demon was giving his blood to Lily. From the incident, Grey became afraid of Lily and eventually left her but has been regretting about it. As yellow-eyed-demon approaches Lily, John and Grey try to stop it together but they are overwhelmed by its power.
What Lives in the Lake

This is an anime-original episode. This is a comedy episode which keeps a serious atmosphere until the end. When Sam and Dean are driving in Louisiana, their car wrecks and they are forced to stay there for a few days. Near the lake they stopped by, there were frequent incidents of a monster. Finding out that crops are suffering from drought and there were massive outbreak of bees, they suspect that that is a demonic omen that the monster is a demon that lives in a lake. As they investigate the incidents that keep occurring, they discover that no one was actually hurt but they are rather saved by being attacked by the creature; like finding out a heart disease by nearly drowning and getting an examination, or getting away from a severe car accident by getting into a light car accident. Sam concludes that the creature is a harmless, friendly creature that lives in the lake, sometimes called as “Kappa” in Japan. It helps humans in return of taking a little bit of a food from them.

This is a loose remake of the live-action Season 1 episode #20 “DEAD MAN'S BLOOD”. The basic story is the same as the original but it is different that the vampire father and son, Gayle and Ryan reappears and take important roles. In Colorado where serial psychotic murder were occurring, a hunter called Daniel Elkins was killed by a group of vampires and the gun he had “the Colt” was taken. Sam and Dean investigate his murder and find a dying message from him from which they find a letter from Elkins to J.W., their father John Winchester. Taking the letter, they finally reunite with their father who they have been looking for. From John, they find out that “the Colt” is a special gun that can kill anything, even demon and together with John, they try to get back the Colt from the vampires. They find the vampires’ nest and find out that the leader of the group was actually Gayle they met before. Gayle was possessed by demon and he was not who they knew before.

This is a remake of the live-action Season 1 episode #22 “DEVIL'S TRAP”. Overall it is following the original episode but it is simplified and modified to fit the shorter run time. The biggest change is that the scene of the final confrontation with yellow-eyed-demon is changed to a high-rise building in the middle of metropolis. Sam, Dean and John found a girl on the ground while driving to the forest in order to search for the yellow-eyed-demon’s trace. They hesitantly tried to help the girl but John was suddenly crucified on the girl by psychic power. The girl was actually Terry possessed by demon. With a painful reluctance, Sam and Dean run away in order to protect the Colt, leaving John behind. Away in a safe place, Sam and Dean receive a call from Terry saying that she has killed John. But Terry, recovering her consciousness from demon’s possession, tells them that John is still alive and also tells where John is trapped.
In My Time of Dying

This is a remake of the live-action Season2 episode #1 “IN MY TIME OF DYING”. Overall it is following the original episode but it is simplified and modified to fit the shorter run time. Sam, Dean and John were badly hurt in the battle with the demons and are taken into hospital. Sam and John recover consciousness but Dean remained unconscious. Dean’s soul wanders in the hospital as a ghost and meets a girl’s ghost. Sam attempts to contact Dean’s with Widget board and succeeds, either Sam or Dean cannot think of a way to bring Dean’s soul back to his body. In the meantime, Dean finds out that the girl’s ghost is actually a reaper who came to take him. Dean is told by the reaper he has a choice of dying peacefully, leaving everything behind or stay as a ghost till he becomes a evil ghost which he had been killing all along. Then, John makes a decision to save dean by bargaining with yellow-eyed-demon giving his own life and Colt for exchange.

This is an anime-original episode, inspired by a comic book with same title. The story is about the Winchester family 15 years ago when Sam and Dean were still young and traveling with John. Dean visited Missouri because he doubted that John had died in order to save his life and struggled with the true meaning of John’s last word “Save Sam, or kill him”. The old photos Missouri showed to Dean triggered his memory of 15 years ago. Lyle, who was a teacher and showed up before the Winchester family after Mary’s death, got familiar attitude with as if she was Sam and Dean’s mother. Soon Sam got attached to Lyle but Dean couldn’t become open her because he remembered his mother Mary. But then they find out that Lyle is actually a Satanist who is possessed by demon from time to time and she tries to take Sam with her. Dean tries to stop her with John who find out about her. They confront with the demon who was possessing Lyle, which possessed scraps of iron and became a iron-monster.

A genius architect commits suicide leaving a message “I will be killed by a Black dog”. Sam and Dean followed the clue that some successful people died in the similar way as the architect within one year and find out that those people had all bargained with “the crossroad demon”. They get whatever they wished for, but as trade-offs, their soul will be taken after a set period by hellhound, the black dog controlled by demon. Sam and Dean finally located Evan, the only remaining person who bargained with the demon to save his wife’s life from terminate illness and decides to help him. While Sam protected Evan from hellhounds, Dean negotiates with the crossroad demon, set it up in devil’s trap and pulls out a deal to save the Evan’s life.

Jake, who was a soldier sent to Afghan, had been called a “loser” by other soldiers. On the other hand, Sam sees another premonition that the yellow-eyed-demon shows up before a family of a young man named Jake. Sam suspects that the yellow-eyed-demon has a plot to kill his family in front of Jake and drag him into the dark side. The yellow-eyed-demon actually shows up but does not do any harm to the family and leaves. A little later, Jake comes back to his home town from the battlefield and came across his beloved younger brother accidentally shot by a friend he saved in the battlefield. Jake got filled with fury and the yellow-eyed-demon seduces Jake to use his power and kill the friend.

This is a remake of the live-action Season 2 episode #21. The difference from the original is that Eva and Andy, appear as sub character with not much of a background, instead of Lily and Jake who were featured in other episode of anime series. While occurrence of demonic omens become more and more frequent, Sam gets stabbed during hunting and is taken in to a hospital, but suddenly disappears. Sam wakes up to find himself in a ghost town with other psychics; Lily, Jake, Andy Eva. His injury was cured by the psychic power that Eva has. They say that they in the same situation as Sam. Sam let Dean know where he was with Andy’s psychic power to send images to other people’s mind but Lily and Andy get killed by someone. Sam finds out that Eva is the one who killed them and actually she has been in this place for a while, killing all other psychics who had been sent to the place.
All Hell Breaks Loose Part 2

This is a remake of the live-action Season 2 episode #22. The difference from the original is that Ellen Harvelle does not appear (the Harvelles and the people relating to the “Roadhouse” do not appear in Anime series) and her role is taken by Missouri. Sam is killed by Jake in front of Dean. Dean being devastated by grief, decided to sacrifice his own life to bring back Sam’s life. He bargains with the crossroad demon to bring back Sam and as a trade-off his gets only 1 more year to live but Sam resurrects. With the help by Bobby and Missouri, Sam and Dean find out that the yellow-eyed-demon is trying to make Jake open the Hell’s Gate and make a hell on earth. They all go to the Hell’s Gate but it is too late and Jake opens the Hell’s Gate. Sam manages to kill Jake but they are all pushed to the corner by the yellow-eyed-demon. Then, the ghost of John comes out from heaven, stops the yellow-eyed-demon, enabling Dean to kill it with the Colt.
