After witnessing a hit-and-run, college student Zoe is granted magical protection by the dying victim. One by one, a bloodthirsty garden gnome (Verne Troyer) gruesomely murders all those who have offended Zoe during her life. As the gnome continues to dispatch her enemies in gleefully grisly fashion, will the timid Zoe be able to restrain this horrid power before it finds her friends?
