Description
Hong Kong Phooey is the “number one super guy” who’s “quicker than the human eye!” Disguised as a mild-mannered police station janitor, Penrod “Penry” Pooch transforms into “America’s secret weapon against crime” by leaping into his filing cabinet and emerging as Hong Kong Phooey whenever he hears a call for help. Despite his ineptitude, and thanks to his cat, he always manages to save the day!
