This tale is based on a true story of a killer released from prison on a technicality. After leaving a maximum security lock-up in Nevada, Klick heads for the bright lights of Las Vegas. He resumes his career as a sex-crazed killer, picking up hookers and nude models and taking their lives with the force of his bare hands. Meanwhile, Clarence and Jack, a pair of ne'er-do-wells, go on a small-scale crime spree, until they move on to bigger and more dangerous things.
