Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 provides licensing flexibility, including the ability to mix and match licenses within the same edition. We offer high-value Professional Client Access Licenses (CALs) at the right price, featuring simple-to-understand use rights and the power of choice between online and on-premises deployment options. Following is an overview of each program:

  • Enterprise Agreement (EA). The best licensing program for commercial and government organizations that want to standardize IT across the enterprise yet retain the flexibility to choose from on-premises and cloud services.
  • EA Subscription. An enrollment under the EA that provides a lower initial cost based on a three-year subscription, the ability to increase or decrease subscription counts on an annual basis, and non-perpetual licenses that end with your subscription term.
  • Select Plus.* A way to make transactional purchases; includes many additional benefits, such as centralized reporting and the ability to manage assets.
    * Select Plus is being replaced by Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA), which will offer a simpler and more flexible agreement. The retirement of Select Plus will occur in phases:

    • Beginning July 1, 2015, MPSA will replace Select Plus as the offering for new customer agreements.
    • Beginning July 1, 2016, customers with existing Select Plus agreements will no longer be able to make new purchases after their agreement anniversary. All future purchases will be moved to MPSA. However, customers will continue to have full rights and access to all software and Software Assurance they acquired under Select Plus.
  • Microsoft Products and Services Agreement. A single agreement for online services, software, and Software Assurance purchases across the organization; can save time and money by combining purchase points for the best price level and by reducing the administrative overhead associated with managing multiple agreements.
  • Open License. A good choice for corporate, academic, charitable, or government organizations that want a “pay-as-you-go” plan. Requires a minimum initial purchase of five software licenses for an Open License agreement, but additional licensed products can be obtained through Open License in any quantity at any time during the two-year agreement term.
  • Open Value. The recommended program for small-to-midsize organizations (with five or more desktop PCs) that want to simplify license management, manage software costs, and get better control over investment. Includes Software Assurance, providing access to valuable benefits, such as training, deployment planning, software upgrades, and product support to help boost the organization productivity.
  • Open Value Subscription. Provides the lowest up-front costs of the Open Program options with the flexibility to reduce the total licensing costs in years when the desktop PC count declines. Includes the rights to run the software throughout an organization—only during the term of the agreement with Microsoft—and the ability to add the single platform option to an Open Value Subscription agreement.
  • Enrollment for Education Solutions under Campus and School Agreement (CASA+EES). A subscription licensing program available to both primary/secondary and higher education, the Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) offers the simplicity of counting people instead of PCs/devices. CASA+EES is for institutions with 1,000 or more full-time employees or students.
  • School Enrollment. For primary/secondary schools and preschools. Offers the simplicity of licensing all products organization-wide—order any product in a quantity that matches the annual PC/device count of the organization.
  • ISV Royalty. A worldwide software licensing program that offers independent software vendors (ISVs) a convenient way to license Microsoft products and to integrate them into a software business application.
  • Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement. For services providers and independent software vendors (ISVs); licenses the latest Microsoft software to provide software services and hosted applications to customers.
