Discovery by Flo Ziegfeld changes a girl's life, but not necessarily for the better. Three beautiful women soon discover this when they join the spectacle on Broadway. The mysterious European beauty Sandra (Hedy Lamarr -- "Samson and Delilah," "Ecstasy) struggles with her concert violinist husband who cannot endure the thought of escaping poverty by his wife promenading her glamour in skimpy costumes.
