Windows 365 Business is a Windows 365 plan allowing up to 300 users per tenant, designed for small organizations that want simple to manage Cloud PCs without requiring specialized knowledge. With Windows 365 Business, each Cloud PC is assigned to an individual user and is their dedicated Windows experience.

Yes. While Windows 365 Business can be set up and managed without Microsoft Intune using the Microsoft 365 admin center or the Windows App, it also supports Intune. If your organization uses Intune, you can enroll Cloud PCs and manage them alongside physical devices, including deploying apps and applying configuration and compliance policies.

There are no additional licensing prerequisites to set up Windows 365 Business. You simply assign a Windows 365 Business license to each user. Other services, such as Microsoft Intune, are optional and only required if you choose to use them.
