Bob is recognized globally as a leading expert on CRM and brings more than 20 years of enterprise applications experience to this role, including deep vertical and cloud development expertise. Through his career, he has held a number of senior leadership positions in the business applications space at companies such as HP, SAP, Siebel, Intrepid Systems and Sybase.
