Choose Whether Users Need to Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE Before Logging On

If you have trouble entering the key combination CTRL+ALT+DELETE to log on to your computer, you can choose to set Windows XP Professional so that the key combination is not required for log on. This procedure tells you how to select this option through User Accounts in Control Panel.

Note  This procedure works for computers connected to networks that require CTRL+ALT+DELETE to log on. Since this key combination helps to provide additional security for your system, consider security issues before selecting this option. You may also need to get permission from your network administrator to change this option.

For further information see: Windows XP Help.
