Mohamad Shahbazi joined Microsoft’s Applied Sciences Group (ASG) as a 2024 research intern where where he is working on generative images and video.

He is a final-year Ph.D. student at the Computer Vision Lab ETH Zürich, under the supervision of Professor Luc Van Gool.  His Ph.D. is mainly focused on generative models and neural rendering.  Recently, Mohamad did a research internship at Google Zürich where he worked on InseRF, a text-driven method for 3D scene editing.
