    What is the Cost of the service?
    Existing customers who are current on their BREP plan can only access the service through their partners. Please read the Service provisioning guide or visit www.dynamicsonline.com
    Where can I find the software license terms?
    The software license term for the service is available on CustomerSource and on https://www.microsoft.com/
    My Customer is currently using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 (or prior). Will they be able to access RapidStart services?
    Yes, as of September 1, 2011 RapidStart Services is available for all existing customers active on BREP but the service only supports Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and future versions.
    Is a partner able to access the customer tenant to help support the deployment?
    Yes, a partner or any other 3rd party can access a customer tenant but only if the customer grants access to the partner through the tenant administration. The partner deploying Microsoft Dynamics AX will not have default access to customer data or tenant without the customer’s consent.
    Do I have the rights to modify preconfigured Microsoft templates?
    Yes, with the copy of the templates or configuration to your tenant, you will have the rights to modify the content of those configurations; any modification to these templates will void any support or warranty that the templates will function properly.
