    Prerequisites To apply this update, you must have the SharePoint Workflow Manager Client (16.0.19725.20522) installed. Restart information You might have to restart the computer after you install this update.

  • To install the update completely, follow these steps. For the existing farm Uninstall the old SharePoint Workflow Manager (SPWFM) Client. Install the new SPWFM Client (16.0.19725.20522). Install the update for SharePoint Workflow Manager (KB5002864). Restart the computer, if it's necessary. Run Upgrade Workflow Manager Farm in the Workflow Manager Configuration Wizard. For the new farm Install the SharePoint Workflow Manager RTM. Install the SPWFM Client (16.0.19725.20522). Install the update for SharePoint Workflow Manager (KB5002864). To create the farm, run the Workflow Manager Configuration Wizard. Note You must install the update for SharePoint Workflow Manager (KB5002864) on all servers in the Workflow Manager farm. You must uninstall the old SharePoint Workflow Manager Client from all servers in the Workflow Manager farm and SharePoint Server farm. You must install the new SharePoint Workflow Manager Client on all servers in the Workflow Manager farm and SharePoint Server farm.
