Reinforcement-Learning Infrastructure for ‘Civilization IV’

Use this learning infrastructure to interface with the “Civilization IV” SDK and game to run and evaluate different reinforcement-learning algorithms and learn AI strategies. The infrastructure supports simple reinforcement-learning algorithms, such as Q-learning, as well as the required instructions on implementing new algorithms and evaluating their performance.
