Women Know IT

An initiative created in 2014 to empower and motivate women to start their careers in the IT industry. Annually, we welcome over 100 female students at MDCS Women Know IT events. Some of these students have started their careers at MDCS after attending our gender diversity events and are now creating cutting-edge technologies and working on products used by millions of people around the globe. The initiative was created in 2014 by a group of MDCS employees and was called Girls in ICT. In 2021, we rebranded this initiative that is now known as Women Know IT.

The video about the initiative can be found HERE.
