The 2019 event will be held June 10-11, 2019, with an optional Pre-day on Sunday, June 9, 2019, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA.

The full conference pass is $995 per person and provides access to all regular sessions (excluding Pre-day), content, networking opportunities, and conference meals.

Immersive Pre-day workshops on Sunday, June 9, are available to conference attendees for an additional $350 per person and includes breakfast and lunch. View Pre-day workshops

No, sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise noted.

Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks will be provided, as well as light food and drinks at the networking happy hour.

Internet access will be available to all attendees free of charge.

Shuttle service to and from official 2019 Microsoft Business Application Summit hotels will be offered curbside outside of the Georgia World Congress Center Hall C. Rideshare pickup and drop off will be located on the outside curb of the Georgia World Congress Center Hall C and taxis will be available outside of Georgia World Congress Center Hall C, Door C4.

Visit the Business Applications Summit registration website or email the registration team. You may also contact us for assistance by calling +1 (360) 253-2971 Monday through Friday during business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm (Pacific Time), excluding US holidays.

You may review and make changes to your registration information on the Business Applications Summit registration website.

After you’ve signed in, you may:

  • Edit or cancel your registration.
  • View and print your confirmation.
  • Create or edit your hotel reservations.
  • View and print your invoice or receipt.

Registration cancellations or substitution requests must be completed online through your registration confirmation page or sent by email to the registration team. If a single session is canceled for any reason, Microsoft assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or other associated travel costs. Microsoft will make every effort to immediately notify registrants of a cancellation. The Microsoft Business Applications Summit reserves the right to cancel a single session that has insufficient enrollment. A full refund minus a $50 processing fee will be issued when a cancellation request is received in writing (via email to the registration team) by 12:00pm Pacific Time on Thursday, May 9, 2019. Refunds will not be issued to registrants who cancel after that time.

To request a substitution, please sign into the registration website and select the substitute option on your registration confirmation/summary page if available. You may also contact the registration team; they will facilitate the registration transfer. If you booked hotel accommodations, refer to the hotel cancellation policy.

Bulk or group discounts are not available for the Microsoft Business Applications Summit.

A registration code is not required. All registrants will be prompted to enter a code at the beginning of the registration process. If you don’t have one, select the “Register Without A Code” option.
