    Recommended, minimal virtual machine configuration:
    • virtual CPUs: 4
    • RAM: 8 GB
    • Disk Space: 20GB

    VM resource requirements increase with the scale of a migration. Refer to the agent deployment guide for more details. This agent image is currently supported for running on a Windows Hyper-V and VMWare ESXi 6.7 hypervisor.
    1. Download and unpack the agent package.
    2. Create a new VM from the unpacked VM disk image.
      Refer to the agent deployment guide for details.
    3. Register the agent with your storage mover cloud resource.
      Refer to the agent registration guide for details.

    You can now manage the agent and your migrations from the Azure portal and Azure PowerShell.
