- .NET Framework v2.0: You must install the Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0 redistributable package before you install Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 redistributable package.

Note: The Visual J# version 2.0 Redistributable Package setup will stop and restart Internet Information Services (IIS).
Visual J# v2.0 is a 32-bit only release. On 64-bit systems, it will execute in the Windows-On-Windows environment.
