The PSA Add-in for Microsoft Project lets users manage their PSA project plans in Microsoft Project, a project management tool. From the add-in, users can read and publish project plans to PSA at the click of a button.
- Quickly and easily import project plans and project templates from PSA into Microsoft Project.
- Publish project plans and templates to PSA.
- Create project teams inside PSA from Microsoft Project.
- Find PSA resources and assign them to project plans from Microsoft Project.
For later versions of PSA (V2.X), download the add-in from Microsoft Download Center.

Important! If you install the 32-bit version of Microsoft Project, you must use the 32-bit version of the add-in. If you install the 64-bit version of Microsoft Project, you must use the 64-bit version of the add-in.
- Double-click the .msi file to start the Setup wizard.
- Click Next
- Accept the license agreement, and then click Next.
- Click Install.
- Click Finish.
After successful completion, open Microsoft Project and a new Project Service Automation tab is displayed on the ribbon.
To install this update rollup, do one of the following:
- To start the installation immediately, click Run.
- To save the download to your computer for installation later, click Save.
- To cancel the installation, click Cancel.
