Two exciting new enhancements are available as a preview for Powerapps, the addition of a File data type and enhancements to Image! Out of the box, CDS can now natively support:
Large, high resolution images
Files as a data type
Multiple image and file fields per entity
Use of blob storage for large file types to reduce consumption of relational storage
