Pride is not something to hide
In 1989, Microsoft introduced sexual orientation in our non-discrimination policies and we've attained a 100 score on HRC Corporate Equality Index for 16 years. While we have a lot of success behind us, our journey is just beginning. Together with our employees, Microsoft has donated $2M+ to organizations that support the LGBTQI+ communities in the last year. Plus, we’re releasing our largest and most inclusive intersectionality-inspired product collection yet—with the hope of bringing visibility to the LGBTQI+ communities.
We’re donating a total of $150,000 to nonprofits that support and advocate for LGBTQI+ communities around the world
