  3. In the Service-Specific Terms section, we made the following additions and changes:
    • In the Xbox section, we clarified that non-Xbox third-party platforms may require users to share their content and data in order to play Xbox Game Studio titles and these third-party platforms may track and share your data, subject to their terms. We explained in the Kids on Xbox subsection that family settings features may not be available when Xbox Game Studio titles are accessed on third-party platforms. We clarified that some Xbox Services may have their own usage terms and codes of conduct.
    • In the Microsoft Family Features section, we clarified that these features are exclusive to Microsoft Services and may not be available on other platforms.
    • Microsoft Cashback: We added a section on the Microsoft Cashback program to describe the program and to confirm that acceptance of the Cashback Terms and Conditions is required to participate in the program.
    • In the Microsoft Rewards section, we added verbiage to clarify how to claim Points on the Rewards Dashboard and that Points will be awarded for only those searches used for genuine good-faith personal research purposes.

We’ve also provided that the AAA rules will govern payment of filing fees and the AAA’s and arbitrator’s fees and expenses regardless of the amount in dispute, and that Microsoft will continue to reimburse your filing fees and pay the AAA’s and arbitrator’s fees and expenses if the dispute involves less than $75,000 and is not part of Related Cases. Finally, we’ve adopted the AAA’s advice to direct you to the AAA’s website, rather than a toll-free number, for more information about its rules.
