What to do at checkout

Step 1: Change your payment method

At checkout, select “Change” to modify your saved Payment method. New customers can skip to Step 3.

Step 4: Select PayPal Pay Later or Pay Now

You’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase and manage your payments.

  • PayPal purchases show up in the Payments section under Payment Options.

  • Microsoft Store’s refund policy applies to purchases, including purchases made using PayPal. Learn more about returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund. If you need to return your physical product (excluding Surface Hub, HoloLens, and Windows DevKit) after your purchase, and are within the 60-day return policy, you will be refunded just as you would with a regular credit card.

  • Yes, if you request the price adjustment on your physical product within 60 days of your delivery date, and otherwise meet the terms of the Microsoft Store Price Promise, you’re eligible for a price adjustment. You’ll need to contact Microsoft Store Sales and Support with your order number to receive your adjustment.

  • PayPal Pay Later options cannot be used for gift cards or one-time paid or recurring subscriptions at Microsoft Store.
