Moshe Lutz

Moshe Lutz joined the Applied Sciences Group (ASG) in 2010 and works at the boundary of hardware and software to create new human-machine interaction experiences.

Before joining ASG, Moshe worked on several versions of Microsoft Office, including integrating an advanced social user interface into the product that became the Office Assistant (a.k.a. Clippy).

He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, in both math and music, and an M.S. from the University of Washington in computer science.

In his free time, Moshe likes composing music, wrestling with ideas, beating other Applied Sciences members at ping-pong, and playing championship dodgeball.  Also, ice cream.  And, corn nuts.  Ooh!  Pickles?
