    The Project Operations Add-in for Microsoft Project lets users manage their Project Operations project plans in Microsoft Project, a project management tool. From the add-in, users can read and publish project plans to Project Operations at the click of a button.
    • Quickly and easily import project plans from Project Operations into Microsoft Project.
    • Publish project plans to Project Operations.
    • Create project teams inside Project Operations from Microsoft Project.
    • Find Project Operations resources and assign them to project plans from Microsoft Project.
    For versions of Project Service Automation (V3.X), download the add-in from Microsoft Download Center.

    • Microsoft Project Professional 2016
    • A working Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementation, version 4.88+
  • Important! If you install the 32-bit version of Microsoft Project, you must use the 32-bit version of the add-in. If you install the 64-bit version of Microsoft Project, you must use the 64-bit version of the add-in.
    1. Double-click the .msi file to start the Setup wizard.
    2. Click Next.
    3. Accept the license agreement, and then click Next.
    4. Click Install.
    5. Click Finish.
    After successful completion, open Microsoft Project and a new Project Operations tab is displayed on the ribbon.
    To install this update rollup, do one of the following:
    • To start the installation immediately, click Run.
    • To save the download to your computer for installation later, click Save.
    • To cancel the installation, click Cancel.
