Terms and conditions

The Microsoft Learn Challenge: Build Edition starts May 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM (16:00) UTC and ends on June 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM (16:00) UTC.

Eligibility

  • To enter, you must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence at the time of entry. If you have not reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, then you must obtain consent from a parent or guardian.
  • You must have a registered and active account on Microsoft Learn.
  • Void in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Region of Crimea, Russia, and where prohibited.

Challenge details

  • To enter, you are required to provide an email address to Microsoft Learn by acknowledging you have read and agreed to these official rules during registration if you want to compete in the Microsoft Learn Skills Challenge: Build Edition and be eligible to receive a digital badge.  
  • By completing all of the modules in the Microsoft Learn Skills Challenge: Build Edition before the end date of June 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM (16:00) UTC participants will be eligible to receive a digital badge.  
  • Your badge will be added to your Microsoft Learn profile within one week of the challenge end date.

General terms and conditions

  • To the extent allowed by law, by entering you agree to release and hold harmless Microsoft and its respective parents, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with this Challenge. The decisions of Microsoft are final and binding. We reserve the right to cancel, change, or suspend this Challenge for any reason, including cheating, technology failure, catastrophe, war, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that affects the integrity of this Challenge. Personal data you provide while entering this Challenge will be used by Microsoft only for the administration and operation of this Challenge and in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
