Microsoft 365 E3 continues to be critically important in helping customers do more with less, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partner participation is essential. To assist our partners, on February 1, 2023, Microsoft launched a new promo offer through CSP for customers purchasing M365 E3 for the first time. Microsoft 365 E3 DMWL in CSP promo offer details

  • Discount: Receive 15 percent off the Microsoft 365 E3 annual commitment CSP price (monthly and annual billing frequency).
  • Eligibility: Promotion is available only to new-to-ME3 customers. Customers who have purchased ME3 in any channel and platform or have ME3 trials will be excluded.
  • Seat limit: 2,400 max seats per customer tenant.
  • Promotional period: February 1, 2023, through June 30, 2023. Promotional pricing will apply through the full subscription term (annual price lock).
  • Availability: All geographies; exclusively available on CSP NCE.

At the end of the promotional period, customers will automatically renew into an annual commitment at standard prices.

Partner opportunity

This promotion presents a great opportunity for partners to engage with new and existing customers that are looking for a cloud-based productivity and collaboration solution to help digitally transform their business. Show customers how Microsoft 365 E3 will enable them to save costs, increase security confidence, and simplify endpoint management.

Target audience:

  • New-to-Microsoft-365 customers. This promotion creates immediate value by providing cost savings and expanded product value for organizations new to Microsoft or existing Microsoft customers transitioning from Microsoft on-premises software to Microsoft 365 E3.
  • Existing Microsoft cloud customers with no Microsoft 365 E3 purchase history. Partners should primarily target customers with the following use scenarios:
    • Office 365 E3 customers
    • Office 365 E1 customers
    • Customers that have multiple M365 offers in use, but not Microsoft 365 E3, and are ready to consolidate to Microsoft 365 E3

We encourage you to consider both customer audiences as they build plans for communicating this promotion with new and existing customers.
