Performance Analyzer (Preview) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Service Desk

The report provides a detailed analysis like the duration of every operation so that you focus on these areas to troubleshoot the issues effectively. Unified Service Desk requires an instance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online) or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premises).

1. To start the download, click Download.
2. Choose the file that you want to download, and click Next.
3. You'll be prompted to save the file. Click Save to save the file to your computer.
• Download the PerformanceAnalyzer_amd64 or PerformanceAnalyzer_i386 zip package
• Extract the zip folder
• Run the UnifiedServiceDeskPerformanceAnalyzer executable file.
