Use the Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) policy refresh tool to force Windows to refresh and activate all WDAC policies deployed to the device. This is a convenient way to apply multiple WDAC policies on devices running Windows 10 1903 or higher when MDM-based policy deployment is not used. This tool will run on Windows 10 1809 (RS5) or Windows Server 2019 and above.
Note: Be sure to allow the RefreshPolicy tool in your WDAC policies if you plan to enforce application control policies.Supported Operating Systems
