When I was an CRM MVP I really wanted to create a live FAQ that captured all the knowledge about Dynamics CRM much of which is locked up in the newsgroup archives. To that end I have created the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Wiki. A collaborative Web application, Wiki, as defined by Wikipedia, is a living site that allows a community to participate.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Wiki is for all types of users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM from implementers through to developers, ISV’s and beyond. This Wiki will have an initial focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and later. The intent of this Wiki is to be a live document that can act as a central hub for the vast amount of information that has accumulated around Microsoft Dynamics CRM both on Microsoft and other community websites.
