We are so invigorated by what we heard and saw at this year’s ISTE conference in Philadelphia.
As technology facilitates the rapid and seamless dissemination of information, the critical requirements for success for the future workforce have been identified as social perceptiveness, deductive reasoning, complex problem solving, judgment and decision making.
In today’s classrooms, diversity is the new norm. By creating student-centered, inclusive learning environments, educators have the flexibility and opportunity to meet the needs of the diverse group of learners in every classroom.
For four days in June, ISTE 2019 is the place where educator-tested strategies come together with proven resources for transforming learning and teaching. It’s the place for Microsoft to connect with the brightest EdTech leaders and organizations around the world.
In 2015, I became the first Information and Academic Technology Director at Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy in Pontiac Michigan.
In 2018, the team at the Microsoft Store in Jacksonville, FL, met a young lady that forever changed them. Her name is Molly, and she is a remarkable example of ingenuity, grit and gusto.
The Hack is back! Hack the Classroom will be streaming live on the Microsoft Education Facebook channel from ISTE in Philadelphia–Tuesday, June 25th from 6:15 p.m. to 7:10 p.m. EST! After the Facebook event, we’ll be switching over to Twitter around 7:10 p.m.
