Yes. Enter your corporate email on the Microsoft Home Use Program page to see if you qualify. If you don’t have a corporate email, please contact your IT department for questions about eligibility.
1. Sign Up: Visit the Microsoft Home Use Program page. Enter your corporate email address. Click on ‘Get Started’ button.
2. Confirm: If you are eligible, an email will be sent to your corporate email address inbox with a link that will validate your eligibility for the program.
Yes. If you already have Office 365 Home or Office 365 Personal, you can still take advantage of this discount. Once you purchase, additional time is added to your existing subscription, and the discounted rate will begin at your existing subscription’s annual renewal date. Be sure to specify the Microsoft account that’s associated with your current Office 365 subscription during the purchase process.

Microsoft is updating the Home Use Program to offer discounts on the latest and most up to date products such as Office 365, which is always up to date with premium versions of Office apps across all your devices. Office Professional Plus 2019 and Office Home and Business 2019 are no longer available as Home Use Program offers.

If you have an Office 365 Home subscription, you can share it with up to five additional members of your household (up to 6 users total). Each household member can install across their devices including PCs, Macs, iPads, Android tablets, Windows tablets, iPhones, or Android phones, get an additional 1 TB of OneDrive storage, and manage their own installs from https://account.microsoft.com/services/.
No. The Office license assigned to you by your employer is for your use only. This applies whether you access Office from a device at your home or a device provided by your employer. Whereas if you purchase Office 365 Home through the Home Use Program, it can be used by your family.
Office 365 Home subscriptions may be used by members of the same household as you. Office 365 Personal may only be used by the employee.
Office Professional Plus 2019 or Office Home and Business 2019 licenses acquired through the Home Use Program may only be used by you.
Yes, if you have already purchased Office Professional Plus 2019 or Office Home and Business 2019 at a discount through the Home Use Program you will still be eligible for the Office 365 Home Use Program offer.
If you previously purchased Office, Visio, or Project, please go to the Order History page to have your product key(s) emailed to you. To do so, you will need to have access to the email address you used to make the purchase.
Discounts on Office 365 Home and Personal subscriptions are offered to eligible companies worldwide with the exceptions noted below.

Download and manage your subscription
Always use your Microsoft account to install Office 365, manage your subscription, and sign into Office 365 on your personal devices. Your Microsoft account is your personal email address, not your corporate email address. If you do not have a personal Microsoft account visit https://account.microsoft.com/account to set one up.
No. Please use your Microsoft account to install and sign into Office and to manage your subscription.
To share your subscription, sign in by using your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and select the link labeled “Sharing.” Follow the onscreen instructions to add a user. Each person you add receives an email with steps they need to follow. After they have completed the steps, their information, including their Office installs, appears on your Sharing page. You can also stop sharing your subscription with someone or deactivate Office on a device they’re using. Get help sharing your Office 365 Home subscription
To manage your billing information, install Office from additional PCs or Macs, and manage your installs of Office on other devices, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and sign in using your Microsoft account.
Pricing and Renewals
When you start your Office 365 subscription, recurring billing is already on, and we will bill you automatically until cancelled. If you cancel or turn off recurring billing, you can renew your subscription at www.office.com/renew. You can check your renewal status on the Services & Subscriptions page. You will receive the same Home Use Program discount rate as your original purchase for as long as you maintain recurring billing on your subscription.
You can change or update your payment method associated with your subscription on the Services & Subscriptions page. Find your Office 365 subscription in the list, and then click on the “Manage” link. Then click on the “Change how you pay” link.
You can update your credit card associated with your subscription on the Services & Subscriptions page. Find your Office 365 subscription in the list. You should see a message in red that your credit card needs attention. Click on the “Fix how you pay” link to update your expired credit card.
You will receive the same Home Use Program discount rate as your original purchase for as long as you maintain reccurring billing on your subscription.
You can buy one subscription of either Office 365 Home or Office 365 Personal at the discounted Home Use Program price.
For employees who qualify for the Office 365 subscription offer and have purchased through the program, the discounted price applies for as long as your subscription remains active, regardless of your employment status with your organization. However, your commercial use rights end once your employment ends. For employees who qualify for Office 2019 software offers, you must uninstall Office software purchased through Home Use Program once your employment ends.
