Updates to Microsoft 365 licensing worldwide
Learn about changes to Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams effective November 1, 2025.

As announced in September, Microsoft is evolving our productivity offerings to address European concerns about Teams. The following licensing changes are now in effect:
- Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Enterprise suites that include Teams are once again available to all customers, new and existing.
- Price reductions have been implemented on all Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Enterprise and Business suites without Teams, as well as Microsoft 365 F3 to meet required price deltas.
- Price increases have been implemented on Teams Enterprise and Teams EEA to align with the Enterprise price delta.
