Jack, an IT programmer, and Jill, a graphic designer, are unlucky in love, but one starry night, they separately meet a fortune teller who advises them that they will meet the love of their life before midnight New Years Eve. The two go on a series of hilarious and horrible dates, barely missing each other and leaving them wondering whether their prophecy will come true.
