In 2042, when aliens threaten the Earth, Goh Saruwatari defeats the alien leader, saving his fiance Anna Aoi with the help of his robot, Dannar. Five years later, during their wedding ceremony, the Mimetic beasts reappear, and Goh is forced to leave Anna at the altar. But she discovers her own robot, Neo Okusaer, and joins him in the fight. Afteward, humanity learns that the aliens are spreading a virus that transforms men into savage beasts, but women are unaffected, making Anna and other female warriors their frontline defense.
