JJ, a hopeless romantic and recovering drug addict, falls for Sammy, an everyday girl from Los Angeles. With only three days left of his sober-living program, taken solely to be granted visitation rights to see his daughter, he’s informed by his program counselor that he will not be able to see her when he returns home. Frustrated and feeling like the program was a waste of time, JJ chases after a girl he just met in hopes to escape his pain. He drops out of the rehab to spend his last few moments in town in the company Sammy, seemingly the girl of his dreams. He spirals, falling deeper for her while the two tour the bright lights of Hollywood. He just wants to be good enough, while she just wants a good time. The short weekend they spend together becomes one they both won’t quickly forget.
