Terrorists have poisoned the water supply in a small California town, turning residents into raving maniacs, just as a group of college students head to the beach nearby for spring break. The would-be party goers are now trapped at ground zero of the apocalypse when they come face to face with insane cannibals, rabid zombies, and an impending, last resort military attack by the government.
