Season five finds the family all over the map, literally. Rev Run is enjoying a career renaissance, joining good pal Kid Rock on a concert tour of the mid-atlantic states. Vanessa and Angela are bi-coastal, shuttling back and forth between Los Angeles and the East Coast with their Pastry shoe and clothing line and Vanessa’s acting gigs. Justine is holding down the fort in Saddle River with most of her focus on Miley. While Russy asserts himself as the best big brother ever, Diggy finds himself as the classic tweener, content to honing his skill at his true passion, skateboarding. As for JoJo, he continues to attend Audio Engineering School, as Team Blackout continues their quest for worldwide domination. It was 25 years ago that Run DMC broke onto the scene and now JoJo is poised to follow in his father’s footsteps. It’s a season of great change, but the one thing that remains constant is the faith and love the Simmons family share.
