    Citizens Pay Line of Credit Account is offered by Citizens Bank, N.A., and serviced by Citizens Bank. Citizens Bank determines terms and qualifications for credit.

  • Recurring subscriptions, one time purchase prepaid subscriptions, gift cards, and pre-orders are excluded from PayPal Pay Later options and Citizens Pay Line of Credit financing. For pre-orders, please use a standard credit card to ensure that you are charged only when your order ships.

  • A Citizens Pay Line of Credit lets approved customers make purchases at Microsoft Store for a low monthly price and no upfront cost.^ A Citizens Pay Line of Credit offers you a fixed interest rate of 0% APR for up to 18 months.^ You will receive a statement each month. Citizens Pay recommends setting up automatic payments to ensure that your bill is paid on time. This payment method offers $0 down and no interest or fees when you pay on time.

  • Yes, you must have a minimum initial purchase of $900 of qualifying products in your cart before taxes and shipping to apply for pre-approval. Only recurring subscriptions, gift cards, and pre-orders do not qualify.

  • You must have a minimum of $900 in qualifying products in your cart pre-tax and shipping before you are eligible to apply for qualification for a Citizens Pay Line of Credit. Once you have filled your cart with qualifying items totaling a minimum of $900 before taxes and shipping, go to checkout and sign into your Microsoft Account. Select ‘payment type’ and in the drop-down menu, choose ‘Citizen’s Pay.’ Fill out the form completely and then submit your application. If you are approved, you will be informed that you have a revolving line of credit available to use at checkout.

  • A Citizens Pay Line of Credit for Microsoft Store has no application fees and no interest or fees when you pay on time. However, late payments may be reported to the credit bureaus.   • When you submit an application to Citizens Pay, Citizens Pay first checks eligibility using a soft credit check, which will not impact your credit report or score. If you qualify in the pre-approval process, at that time, Citizens Pay will do a hard credit check at application, which may impact your credit score.

  • Your credit report will be impacted after you are qualified in the pre-approval process.
